The replica at the Kyivska/Striletska junction is a water-feature landmark of the commercial forecourt beside the Komfort residential complex. Municipal VITA television recorded construction in September 2020, and a 2021 report announced assembly completion. Workers described a concrete water basin and nearly 22 metres of height, echoed by the later report; the earlier 20-metre plan is retained. Maker and current visitor arrangements remain unconfirmed.
