After living in France for 42 years, Dragiša Milanović placed a replica in his home village of Plažane as a personal tribute to Paris. A 2020 interview says three workers helped build it and describes neighbours and visitors stopping for photographs. It is a private garden work. The owner’s account of drinking coffee on it does not establish public climbing access.
